Belleville police are asking for the public’s help after a man exposed himself to a woman late yesterday morning.
Police say the woman was walking on Coleman Street, near Harriett Street, when a man with his genitals exposed, walked by. There was no conversation.
The suspect is described as white in his early 30s, between 5 feet 6 inches and 6 feet tall, thin, with short wavy brown hair. He was dressed in a long sleeved black shirt, black jeans and black shoes.
