Friday was a busy day on the roads for Belleville Police.
Just before 3 p.m. yesterday, police responded to a three-car accident on Bell Boulevard, where a driver in one of the vehicles received minor injuries.
A charge of not safely starting from a stopped position was laid against one of the drivers.
Later on, before 6:30 p.m., officers responded to a two-car collision on Bridge Street West and Palmer Road. One vehicle was towed from the scene and one of the drivers was charged with ‘failing to yield to traffic”. There were no reported injuries.
Belleville Police also charged three drivers for driving while under suspension yesterday.
