The park is open, but there are still no boats in the water.
Director of Recreation Mark Fluhrer says they have re-opened Victoria Park on the Bay of Quinte.
It was closed after high water levels made it a concern in June.
They had to shut off power to the Bay of Quinte Yacht Club, after levels crept up on all three sides of the building.
Fluhrer says there still are some trouble spots, however their main concern is the boat slips attached to the yacht club.
He says divers are in the water checking to see if it will be possible to place boats back in the water.
High water levels along Lake Ontario have caused similar issues along all shores.
