The Mayor of Trent Hills says he cannot believe a surgery he underwent earlier this year in Germany, still is not available in Ontario.
Hector Macmillan says the frustration continues to grow as three Canadians die daily from pancreatic cancer.
His Worship went over to Germany, where he underwent nano-knife surgery, he says has killed his cancer.
He questions why it is not available here in the province, after the clinical trials were announced in February.
Macmillan says while nano-knife surgery is being discussed and researched in clinical trials, three people in Canada are dying daily.
Macmillan says the Health Minister should put his foot down and approve the surgery.
