The leader of the Ontario Progressive Conservative Party and leader of the Official Opposition made a stop in Belleville Thursday.
Patrick Brown, with local MPP Todd Smith and Conservative candidate Daryl Kramp, visited Rhino Sports and Play in Belleville to hit the ice with a group of local Quinte Red Devil players.
Brown and the PCs are going across the province this week, as they gear up for an election next June.
Brown says they want to be ready for a campaign next June.
He says the signs are encouraging for the party heading into next year.

The Liberals are not to be underestimated, according to the PC leader.
Prince Edward Hastings MPP Smith says it is great to get a dry run of things.
