Union Gas has made a donation to Quinte Conservation in support of its summer educational programming.
Union Gas handed over a $1,500 cheque today, to go towards the Wild About Wildlife Family Nature Days, which take place across the Quinte Conservation Watershed through the summer.
The next family nature day is Thursday July 6, at Tweed Park, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with one at Beaver Lake in Erinsville this Saturday July 8, also from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The events will also run on the following dates:
Tuesday August 8, at Centre Hastings Park in Madoc, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Wednesday August 9, at Wellington Park in Prince Edward County, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Thursday August 10, at Napanee Conservation Park in Napanee, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
