A 23-year-old Picton man was charged after leaving the scene of a collision in Belleville Saturday night.
Around 9:30 last night, Belleville Police received a call about an accident at the intersection of Dundas Street East and Dufferin Avenue.
The suspect’s vehicle had fled the collision and was stopped by police on Dundas Street West.
The driver was arrested after failing a road side screening device test and was transported to the Belleville Police Service where breath samples were given.
Dylan Spackman is charged with operating a motor vehicle with over 80mgs of alcohol in his blood and failing to remain at the scene of an accident.
There were no injuries reported.
