Centennial Park in Trenton is going to be an action packed spot tomorrow (Saturday).
Not only is it Canada Day, but over 100 firefighters from Ontario and elsewhere will compete
in a 2 day Scott Firefit Regional Championship.
The event, features individual firefighters and teams dressed in full firefighting gear, climbing 6 storeys of stairs, carrying hoses, and pulling a 175 pound dummy along the course.
The competition is known as “the toughest two minutes in sports”.
The Scott’s Firefit competition starts at 11 o’clock tomorrow (Saturday) morning.
