The property that previously featured Hotel Quinte will see new occupants taking up space very soon.
BC-based construction services and development company FairTradeWorks has announced that they have officially planned to build new condos with retail space at the historical site.
The company says “one and two-bedroom suites with amenities” will be featured in the condo building, along with retail at the street level.
The Pinnacle and Bridge Street site has been left vacant since a December 2012 fire.
