A reminder to drivers that the 401 on ramps at Wooler Road are going to be closed for a while.
The closures are needed so rehabilitation work can be done on the Wooler Road Bridge and are expected to be in place until the start of December this year.
“D-1” detour signs are in place and drivers are asked to follow that route, as it’s the safest and quickest to get you onto the highway.
That route takes you on County Road 40 south, then east on Telephone Road and north on County Road 33, back to the highway.
