It appears we’ll have to wait a little bit longer to find out what’s happening with the former Hotel Quinte property.
BC-based company FairTradeWorks had said it was set to close a deal today, on the land at Pinnacle and Bridge Streets, but now the company says that won’t happen “due to some unforeseen administrative matters”.
Company officials say they’ll make an announcement as soon as closing conditions have been met.
FairTradeWorks builds and develops residential and commercial properties, including a trio of developments in the Marmora area.
