A busy summer weekend in Belleville is getting even busier.
The Belleville Downtown Improvement Area’s board of directors is organizing
a street festival for the weekend beginning July 21.
Front Street between Bridge and Victoria will be closed all day on the Saturday for various activities for young and old. There will be arts and crafts and live music.
Century Village will also be presenting entertainment and classic cars from the Wheels On the Bay event at West Zwicks will be parked in the downtown Saturday evening.
That weekend will also feature the Empire Rockfest.
The BIA board has set aside a maximum of $5,000. for the new event.
