Charges have been withdrawn against one of the two men charged with the alleged theft of boxes of Tim Horton’s Roll Up the Rim to Win cups last February.
Charges of break, enter and theft against 18 year old Alexander Leonard of Belleville have been withdrawn.
The other man charged in the thefts which occurred at a north end Belleville Tim Hortons, 19 year old Steven Seaborn remains before the courts.
