A 31 year old Belleville man faces charges after being caught in a traffic stop by city police.
The man was found to be driving even though his license was disqualified.
He was not even supposed to be sitting in the driver’s seat of a vehicle.
He is in custody awaiting a bail hearing. The vehicle was impounded for 45 days.
