Belleville Police made an arrest on a 23-year-old man following a disturbance in the city last night.
Around 10:30 p.m., officers responded to a call from a residence on Bridge Street East. An investigation revealed that the man had arrived at the residence and begun arguing with the occupants, one of which he was in a previous relationship with.
He then kicked a window causing it to break.
The man was arrested and charged with mischief. He was released with a July court date.
The identity of the man is being withheld for the protection of the victim.
