Northumberland OPP were pressed into an investigation regarding a break-and-enter involving firearms in Brighton.
A resident on Carman Road in Brighton reported a break-in to the home that occurred sometime between 6:00-9:00 p.m. Tuesday night.
The culprit forced a patio door open and stole jewellery, a ‘GoPro’ camera and five firearms. They include:
– a Benelli SuperNova 12 gauge pump action shotgun,
– a Winchester model 1400 12 gauge semi-automatic shotgun,
– a Winchester model 1200 12 gauge pump action serial #2025084,
– a Winchester Super X semi-automatic 12 gauge shot gun
– LR 22cal Crackshot antique rifle (circa 1913)
