Work continues to move forward at Belleville’s Yardmen Arena.
Construction crews have begun erecting seating on the north end, while work continues inside the facility.
Project Manager Peter Lyng says if you drive on Cannifton Road, the work will really start to be visible.
Lyng says everything is still on schedule.
Lyng says the new floor needs two weeks to settle and to get to the proper temperature.
He says if they are not careful to follow the prescribed steps, they could damage it, and delay the project.
The upgrades are taking place to welcome the Belleville Senators of the American Hockey League.
