A trio of people has been arrested after drug busts in Trenton and Marmora.
The OPP’s Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau, along with Belleville and Tyendinaga Police, stopped a car on Trenton Frankford Road back in March, where they found a large amount of prescription medications, cocaine, cell phones and cash.
At the same time, search warrants were executed by Quinte West OPP at a home on Alberta Street in Trenton and by Central Hastings OPP on McCleary Road in Marmora where officers found almost $57,000 worth of cocaine, prescription medication and marijuana, along with nearly $25,000 cash, a shotgun and other offence related property.
36 year-old Christpher Ferguson of Trenton and 42 year-old Angela Cervo of Marmora were arrested in the car and face more than 10 charges each of drug trafficking, one charge each of possessing a firearm and others.
24 year-old Jean-Luc Cervo Belair was also arrested in connection and is charged with four counts of drug trafficking and the firearms charge as well.

- Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm – Section 91(1) of the Criminal Code
- Fail to Comply with Probation Order – Section 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code x 2
42 year-old Angela Cervo of Marmora has been charged with:
- Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine x 2
- Possession of a Schedule II substance for the purpose of Trafficking- under 3 kg – Nabalone
- Possession of a Schedule III substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Methylphenidate (Ritalin)
- Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Codeine
