A 21 year-old Belleville man has been charged, after a car and a fuel truck collided in Tyendinaga Township this morning.
Napanee OPP say it happened around 5:00 a.m. on Highway 49.
Officers arrived to find both vehicles damaged and parked on the side of the road, but nobody involved was injured.
After speaking to the driver of the car, officers determined he had been drinking and arrested him, before taking him to the Napanee detachment to provide a breath sample.
Benjamin Bellerive is facing a charge of impaired driving, he had his license suspended for 90 days and his car impounded for a week.
He’ll be in court later this month.
