A taxicab went up in flames in west end Belleville early last night (Friday).
The cab driver pulled over on Bridge Street West, near Yeomans Street, just after 9 o’clock,
and called 9 1 1, saying his vehicle was on fire.
Belleville firefighters responded and had the fire out in about 15 minutes. The cab was heavily damaged.
No one was injured.
