More wet times ahead.
Rain will start later this afternoon and a lot of rain will fall through tomorrow night. There will be flooding in low-lying areas and waves on the bay and Lake Ontario could cause more erosion to properties along the shore.
The heavy rain is expected to taper off by Saturday morning, but the weekend isn’t going to be anything to write home about.

Environment Canada is calling for 40 to 70 mm of rain when it’s all said and done.
