14 year old Chloe Choinard of the Stirling Figure Skating Club was a double medalist at an event in Scarborough this weekend.
Choinard earned a gold medal in the novice ladies’ freeskate long program and a bronze in the short program with personal bests in both. Choinard is leaving the Stirling Figure Skating Club to compete for Quebec and Canada in Paris and Singles competition.
Camryn Cook took bronze in the Star 2 level. Courtney LaPalm had a 6th place finish and Laura Cassidy-Lobb was 7th in their respective divisions.
