A former Prime Minister and Finance Minister of Canada will visit Belleville in June.
The country’s 21st Prime Minister, The Right Honourable Paul Martin will be the guest of the Bay of
Quinte Federal Liberal Association on June 9.
Martin was a Liberal Prime Minister from 2003 to 2006, and before that served as Finance Minister in
the Jean Chretien government.
Martin will take part in a “fireside chat” event and fundraiser at Capers in downtown Belleville.
The public will be welcome. More detail to come.
