Belleville Police dealt with three separate incidents regarding alcohol-related disturbances Saturday night and into early Sunday morning.
First, around 8:30 p.m., officers arrested a 24-year-old Belleville man on Russell Place for his own protection for being intoxicated in a public place. Then at 2 a.m., police nabbed a 20-year-old Picton man at a bar on Front Street, and arrested him for public intoxication. Finally, at 4:45 a.m., police arrested three people on Bridge Street East near Charles Street for public intoxication. The 26-year-old male, 27-year-old female and the 28-year-old female arrested were all from Belleville.
No injuries were reported in any of these incidents.
