The property where a landmark Belleville hotel once sat is up for sale.
Sean McKinney of RE/MAX Quinte is the broker of record for the former
Quinte Hotel property at Pinnacle and Bridge Streets in downtown Belleville.
The property is listed as being zoned for commercial on the bottom and residential above
and the asking price is $799,900.
The Quinte Hotel, originally known as the Hotel Quinte when it was built in the late 1800s,
burned to the ground in December of 2012. The cause was undetermined. No one was injured.
The owners of the property are from the Toronto area.
