Not surprisingly, we set a new rainfall record for the Quinte region yesterday (Thursday).
According to readings taken at CFB Trenton, we received 28.5 mm of rain yesterday, shattering
the previous record for an April 6, which was 17.3 mm, set way back in 1949.
Meanwhile, after only the first week of April, we are already close to the amount of rain that usually
falls in the entire month, which is 72.2 mm.
