There has been another cheque handed out locally, from the Canada 150 Fed Dev Ontario Community Infrastructure Program.
MP Neil Ellis announced Prince Edward County is receiving $133,200 for the rehabilitation of Benson Park, in Picton.
The money will be used to repair walkways, add accessible washrooms and create the commemorative Confederation Walkway, which will connect the park to Picton’s Main Street.
