A driver who was charged with impaired Friday night, is also accused of being in a collision earlier in the evening.
Around 8:30 p.m. Friday, officers on general patrol say a vehicle was being driven erratically.
Officers stopped the driver in the Trenton Walmart parking lot and charged the 19 year old Belleville man with impaired, over 80 milligrams, dangerous operation, leaving the scene of a collision and being a novice driver.
There were no injuries in the collision.
A woman was released on a promise to appear as well.
