A Trenton apartment building had to be evacuated for over an hour last night (Sunday).
An automatic fire alarm went off at the building at 126 Bay Street around 10:30.
The Quinte West Fire Department responded and located a very small fire in an apartment on the first
floor.
The fire was put out quickly and there were no injuries. People returned to their apartments before midnight.
