An ATV rider without a helmet and a suspicious car led to a pair of impaired driving arrests in Prince Edward County this weekend.
OPP officers noticed the ATV rider on Highway 62 in Rossmore late Friday night and stopped him for questioning, near the intersection at County Road 3.
The 18 year-old from Belleville blew a fail on the breathalyzer and has been given an April court date in Picton.
Then just after midnight Saturday, officers responded to a call about a white Volkswagen, which had been parked on Bethel Road in Sophiasburgh, with its lights on and engine running for about an hour and a half.
They found the 28 year-old driver passed out at the wheel and found he had been drinking as well.
He was given a May court date, also in Picton.
