A Belleville hotel is changing hands.
Quinte News has learned that Friday afternoon, the Travelodge Hotel will be sold to a Toronto man, Zia Khan. He is the head of a company called Can Pro Tools.
Khan confirmed to Quinte News that he will do upgrades to the waterfront property.
Khan owns hotels in other cities including Peterborough and North Bay.
The hotel has changed hands and changed names over the years.
It has been the Four Seasons, the Ramada and now the Travelodge.
No other details are known about the sale.
