Police were called to a residence on West Moira Street in Belleville in the early hours of the morning where two men were fighting.
When Police arrived one of the men was holding a spindle and was arrested for breach of the peace.
It turns out the two were stepbrothers and the other brother suffered only bite marks.
No charges were laid.
