Belleville police are investigating a robbery from an unusual location yesterday (Sunday).
Police report a woman robbed a funeral home.
A woman entered an unidentified funeral home around 6:30 after a service had been held and stole the cash donation box.
Some of the funeral home’s staff ran after her and during the chase, the woman dropped the stolen items, but still managed to get away.
Police are looking for a woman in her 20s, about 5 feet 3 inches tall, with red coloured hair, wearing a black ski jacket and pajama pants.
