Disturbances
Belleville, Ontario – On March 1st, 2017, at 5:46 a.m. officers attended at an apartment on Front Street in relation to a domestic disturbance. A 42-year-old Belleville man was located in the building. He was arrested for his own protection under the Liquor Licence Act. He was issued a provincial offence notice for being intoxicated in a public place. No one was injured in the incident.
On March 1st, 2017, at 3:15 p.m. officers attended on Pine Street at Albion Street in relation to a male passed out on the sidewalk. A 41-year-old Belleville man was arrested for his own protection under the Liquor Licence Act. He was charged with being intoxicated in a public place.
Arrested on warrants
Belleville, Ontario – On March 1st, 2017, at 9:30 p.m. a 31-year old Belleville man was arrested by the Prince Edward OPP on the strength of outstanding warrants. The charges included four counts of assault and two counts of threatening. The male was transported to Belleville and held for a bail hearing on March 2nd, 2017.
