Two Toronto area men are recovering in hospital, after falling through the ice into Rice Lake Tuesday afternoon.
Around 1:30 p.m., Northumberland emergency crews were called to Dunette Landing near Roseneath, after the two fisherman went into the water.
The 40 and 42 year olds were taken to a Northumberland area hospital, where they are expected to make a recovery.
The OPP are reminding residents to stay away from waterways, during the unseasonably mild weather.
