A crash involving at least 4 vehicles closed the 401 westbound at Brighton late last night.
There were injuries, but detail isn’t available at this time.
The collision occurred around 11 o’clock and the 401 west was shutdown until around 2 o’clock this morning.
It’s believed dropping temperatures caused the wet pavement to freeze, suddenly creating slippery road conditions.
