A 53-year-old man has been acquitted of all charges in connection with a road rage incident in Frankford.
Anthony Polonio of Quinte West was arrested on April 23rd of last year after police responded to a crash that followed a verbal altercation between two drivers.
The dispute ended at the Frankford Tourist Park when it was alleged that a passenger in one of the vehicles was struck by the other vehicle.
Polonio was found not guilty of dangerous driving, failing to stop at the scene of an accident and assault with a weapon causing bodily harm, while a charge of criminal negligence causing bodily harm was withdrawn.
