update: THE MAN HAS BEEN LOCATED
Belleville police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing man.
Missing since Tuesday evening is 46 year old Kirk Stanley Owens.
Kirk Owens was last seen on Dundas East.
He is 5 feet 5 inches tall and about 250 pounds with brown hair. He was last seen wearing grey
dress pants, black shoes and a blue blazer.
Kirk Owens needs medication and frequents coffee shops.
