The Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre will be a busy place Tuesday afternoon, as for the first time, fans get a chance to see their new professional hockey team up close.
The Binghamton Senators, soon to be Belleville Senators will arrive for a practice on the Mackay Insurance Ice Pad, beginning around 3:00 p.m.
It is expected to last around 45 minutes and is open to the public.
The first 200 who receive a wristband will also get a chance to be a part of the autograph session with the players, starting around 3:45 p.m.
There is also a question and answer period with General Manager Randy Lee and Head Coach Kurt Kleinendorst, starting around 3:45 p.m.
Fans are reminded due to the demand of today’s event, to get there early to ensure a seat.
This will be the team’s only trip to Belleville, prior to the start of the 2017-18 AHL Regular Season.
