It seems a 19 year-old Scarborough man didn’t learn his lesson the first time he was caught speeding through Napanee on the 401.
OPP say they stopped a white 2016 BMW on Wednesday afternoon, for going 167 km/h, in the westbound lanes.
After running the plates and license information, it turns out the driver is the same one who had his license suspended and car impounded on February 4th, after being clocked at more than 200 km/h on the highway.
Investigators say he had returned to Napanee to pick up his car from the first incident, when he was caught again yesterday.
The man will be without his car and license for another week and was held for a bail hearing today.
