There was a house fire north of Campbellford overnight.
Trent Hills firefighters responded to a home at 102 14th Concession West of Seymour at midnight.
Flames started in the attic and spread quickly.
The residents of the home, a couple, were not home at the time.
Damage was heavy, estimated at around $200,000, and the cause is under investigation.
