Belleville police have made two more arrests in the case involving the theft of Tim Hortons Roll Up the Rim Cups.
As we reported last week, on February 2, police received a complaint of a break, enter and theft from a Tim Hortons in the north end of the city.
Following the incident, a former Tim’s employee has turned himself in.
Nineteen-year-old Steven Seaborn of Stirling, who was caught on surveillance footage, is charged with two counts of break and enter and theft. A third charge of theft under $5000 was added. He was released with a court date of March 16.
City police report 18 year old Alexander Leonard of Belleville turned himself in. He was charged with break and enter and theft. He was released with a March 16th court date.
A 17-year-old boy from Belleville was arrested and charged with one count of break and enter. He cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act. He was released with a court date in March.
