It is all systems go for a new house to be built to benefit the Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation.
The City of Quinte West has donated land at 145 Bay Street for the house, which will be the fourth new house built for the Foundation.
All proceeds from the sale of the home will go toward buying priority medical equipment for TMH.
Dave McDonald, owner of McDonald Homes, is providing his company’s expertise and labour free of charge, along with many other trades and businesses.

Construction of the house, which will be valued at around $275,000, will begin in April.
