We got some snow yesterday. It didn’t seem like that much, but it turns out we tied a record for a January 24th.
Yesterday, according to readings taken at CFB Trenton, we received 10.2 cm of snow, exactly the same amount as the record that was set back in 1952.
We also received 1.4 mm of rain yesterday.
Meanwhile, the greatest amount of precipitation to fall on a January 24th in the Quinte region was in the form of rain.
32 mm fell on the date in 2010.
