An 18 year old Belleville man faces possession of stolen property charges after two males were spotted going through vehicles parked at Belleville General Hospital at 3 o’clock this morning(Tuesday).
Cell phones, jewelry and an IPod were among the items stolen.
A 16 year old boy was released to his parents without being charged.
