Two people have been arrested after a traffic stop in Centre Hastings on Friday morning.
OPP officers stopped a car on Highway 62 near North Shore Lane, just before 11:00 a.m. and found the driver had a suspended license.
During that investigation, officers also noticed cocaine in the car and placed both the driver and passenger under arrest.
The driver, 25 year-old Jeffery Phillippe of Marmora is charged with possessing cocaine and driving while suspended.
The passenger, 27 year-old Christine Whiteman, is charged with possessing cocaine.
Phillippe was held in custody and was scheduled for a weekend bail hearing, while Whiteman will be in Belleville court on February 16.
