A Kingston woman’s vehicle and licence are gone for seven days following a stunt driving incident Friday afternoon.
Around 1:30 p.m., an officer with the East Region Highway Safety Division of the OPP stopped a black Buick Encore while conducting speed enforcement. The vehicle was traveling at 151 km/h in a posted 80 km/h zone on Highway 15 near Sand Hill Road in Kingston.
The 74 year-old driver had her vehicle seized for seven days and was issued a seven day driver’s licence suspension.
She has a court date set for March 2.
