14 year old Connor Bazilsky of the Victory Barbell Club has earned a silver medal from the Canadian Junior Weightlifting Championships in Brossard Quebec.
Despite competing in a heavier weight class Bazilsky had a total lift of 138 kilos or 303 pounds. His 81 kilo lift in the “clean and jerk” is a new Ontario Juvenile record.
Bazilsky recently established 6 new Provincial records at the Ontario Junior Weightlifting Championships.
