Yesterday was definitely a warm and wet day in the Quinte region, however, we missed the marks as far as rain and temperature records are concerned.
As measured at CFB Trenton, we received 15.8 mm of rain yesterday. The record for a January 12 is 17.5 mm, set in 2012.
Meanwhile, the temperature got up to plus 8.1 degrees celsius yesterday.
The record high came in 2013 when the mercury climbed to 10.7 degrees.
