Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will be visiting the Quinte area this week.
As part of his visit to the region, Trudeau will be speaking at a town hall meeting at the Empire Theatre Thursday evening.
A message posted on Bay of Quinte MP Neil Ellis’ website states the public is invited to meet with the Prime Minister for a discussion about ‘the issues and subjects that matter to you and your family’.
“This tour is an opportunity for the Prime Minister to remain connected with Canadians and engage with them across the country, at home in their communities,” said Ellis. “The Prime Minister wants to hear from you about how you are feeling as we enter the new year.”
The event runs from 5:45 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.
